Use this form to select a document version to view its details, or to compare the document with an earlier version.

Open the form

  1. Click General ledger> Reports> Electronic documents list> View, and then click Opento open the Versionform. The Microsoft Office Excel document opens on the Documenttab.

  2. Click Functions> Compareto open the Select versionform.

  1. Click General ledger> Reports> Electronic documents list> View, and then click Opento open the Versionform. The Microsoft Office Excel document opens on the Documenttab.

  2. Click Edit> Versionto open the Select versionform.
