If one section of a report format contains several similar information blocks, you can create a dynamic Microsoft Office Excel sheet for this section. Generally, this is the first section of the template, which displays totals for the objects.

Click General ledger> Setup> Financial reports generator> Document templatesto open the Document templatesform.

Click Setup, and then click Opento open the Requisites setupform. The specified Microsoft Office Excel sheet opens in the lower section of the form.

In the Sectionfield, select the section code that the dynamic requisite refers to.
Note You can select the section code on either the Overviewor Treetab.

In the left section of the form, press CTRL+N to set up a dynamic requisite for this section.

Click the Tablestab.

Press CTRL+N to set up a dynamic table that includes all requisites for the section. Select the appropriate area of the table to include all lines of the section.

Press CTRL+S or close the form.
