Select the checkboxes to include the project types you want in the report.

Select the checkboxes to include the transaction types you want in the report.

Specify a start and end date to include project transactions posted in Project.

Specify a start and end date to include project transactions posted to Ledger.

Select the forecast model to be used by the report.

Select the point of view of the output in the report from the drop down list in this field.

For example, the output can be based on the project group, the person in charge of the project, the person financially in charge of the project, or the customer.

Enter the number of subproject levels to be applied in the overview. The number of levels that can be applied corresponds to the number of levels applied in the project hierarchy.

  • Enter 0to display all projects summarized at one line.

  • Enter 1to display all projects summarized at one level - at one line each. An asterisk (*) indicates if the summarized number includes sub-projects below the parent level.

  • Enter 2to display all projects and the first level of sub-projects. The projects below the parent project level are summarized on one line and an asterisk (*) indicates if the summarized number includes sub-projects below the first sub-project level.

Select this check box to exclude unidentified projects, such as internal projects, from the overview.

Select this check box to include projects with registrations, but with zero amount, to be included in the overview.

Select how you want the amounts to display in the report.

Select whether to display the amount of hours, the quantity of hours, or both, in the report.

Select this check box to show data from projects where the net WIP amount is positive (debit), which means that the amount of work registered on the project exceeds the value that has been on-account invoiced.

The value of the project is registered as an asset on the balance sheet (funded by the company.)

Select this check box to show data from projects where the net amount is negative (credit), which means that the value that has been on-account invoiced exceeds the amount of work registered on the project.

The value of the project is registered as a liability on the balance sheet (funded by the customer.)
